When I was young, I used to love reading fairy tales. Why? Because they always have this beautiful princess and this handsome prince. No matter what difficulties they encounter, they will always end up being together again in a " and they lived happily ever after..."
I always aspired to be the prince in the fairy tales. He always marries the beautiful princess and end up happily ever after. I wanted to live my life happily and married to a beautiful lady then. Well, it still is now.
However, dring the years, I mature and grow. I grew out of my childish thoughts and became more mature. Looking back now, it is really funny to see how silly I was then to believe in fairy tales.
Life can never be a fairy tale. Life will never ever have a happy ending. I don't know why, don't ask me.
I must say, since life is never a happy ending, why do people still try so hard to search for their "happily ever after"? Since life is never a happy ending, why do people still is so ambitious, still trying to fulfill their dreams of finding a wonderful life, being rich, blah, blah, blah...
Sigh, I don't know why. I gues we just are very ambitious and want to learn about everything. I think that it is great! We should continue to learn to even we are old and wrinkly.
Hereby, I end this entry with a saying.
"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, I used everything you gave me." - Erma Louise Bombeck -
I would run round the world for you;
